AC geared motor overview, technical indicators and parameters

Date:2023-02-06 Author:Shandong Xinda Motor Co., Ltd.

Nowadays, AC motors have been widely used, and XINDA MOTOR will take you to know about them today! The AC motor belongs to the AC single-phase capacitor running motor , which has the advantages of small size, low noise, maintenance-free, and long service life. It can be equipped with a reducer to obtain high torque output at low speed. AC motors are widely used in household appliances, packaging, food, textiles, printing, postal services, medical treatment and various mechanical devices.

Description of conditions of use :

AC motors are more advanced low speed motors. AC single-phase capacitor running motor is used, and a suitable gear reducer is used to achieve the required output. The utility model is suitable for being used as a driving element in a low-speed transmission device, and can simplify the mechanical structure and reduce energy consumption. According to its function, there are two types of Y-type induction motor and YN-type reversible motor, each of which can also increase the speed control function of stepless speed change. Some motors can also be equipped with miniature electromagnetic brakes.

YY-type induction motors are suitable for workplaces that operate continuously in one direction, such as automatic machine tools for production lines, printing machinery, etc.

YN type reversible motors are suitable for frequent starting or reversing operation occasions, such as automatic vending machines, packaging machines, voltage regulators, electric elevators, electric actuators, etc.

General technical parameters:

1. Normal insulation resistance 100MQ

2. Insulation dielectric strength AC1500V 1min

3. Motor temperature rise: s75K

4. Motor noise: ≤55dB working environment requirements

5. The altitude does not exceed 2500 meters;

6. Ambient temperature -20°C~60°C;

7. Relative humidity a. Air temperature -5~ +35%dC

8. Relative humidity e. Well ventilated, without corrosive gas

Precautions:

1. Wiring according to the correct method

2. The motor is not suitable for long-term no-load operation or overloaded low-speed operation and stalling to avoid excessive temperature rise

3. Do not drag the lead wire of the motor tachometer to avoid breaking the internal coil. Do not disassemble the assembled gear reducer casually, so as to avoid dust entering or poor gear meshing to generate noise.
