Tesla owners are on a hunger strike to defend their rights and are ridiculed by Musk
On September 1, because of the quality problems in the Tesla that it bought, Norway is going on a hunger strike to defend its rights. In addition, they also spelled out the word "help" with the car in the parking lot to attract Tesla's official attention, expressing their dissatisfaction with Tesla's after-sales service.
Owners said they spent a lot of time communicating with Tesla's after-sales staff after a problem with the vehicle, but could not wait for a response to solve the problem. Such problems not only occur in the Norwegian market, but also in the US market.
According to media reports, the rights protection incident has also attracted the attention of Musk. However, Musk obviously did not sympathize with these car owners, and replied sarcastically: "At the suggestion of a good friend, I have been fasting regularly and feel healthier."
Tesla owners also created a website for this and listed 29 complaints, including problems with the vehicle not starting in cold weather, the wipers not working, the front seats being loose, and the air conditioner not working. "I believe that if Musk notices the problems we are facing, he will solve them, please help bring his attention," the activist owner wrote on the website.
It is worth mentioning that as early as 2016, Tesla was sued by 126 Norwegian car owners for allegedly false propaganda. In the end, Tesla agreed to compensate each car owner 65,000 Norwegian kroner compensation.
