Classification and application of micro-reduced DC motors

Date:2024-01-10   Author:XINDA MOTOR

Miniature reduction DC motor is a geared DC reduction motor. A reduction DC motor is based on an ordinary DC motor, with a reduction DC motor plus a matching gear reduction box. The function of the DC motor gear reduction box is to provide a lower speed for the DC motor and a larger torque for the DC motor.

Classification of micro-reduced DC motors:

1. High-power gear DC reduction motor; 2. Coaxial helical gear DC reduction motor; 3. Parallel axis helical gear DC reduction motor; 4. Spiral bevel gear DC reduction motor; 5. YCJ series gear DC reduction motor.

Applications of micro-reduced DC motors:

Micro-reduced DC motors are widely used in reduction transmission mechanisms of various general mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, etc.

What inspections are required before using the gear reduction motor?

Miniature geared DC motor

Many people know that a gear reduction motor must be inspected before use to see if there are any safety hazards and whether it is installed properly. So what inspections should be done before use? The following is Yueling's Here are four things you need to pay attention to:

1. Before use, please confirm whether the appearance of the motor is damaged and whether there is oil leakage;

2. Please first confirm whether the specifications of the motor you purchase are consistent with the design specifications;

3. Please confirm the voltage of the motor first. If the voltage is unstable, a voltage stabilizer can be installed;

4. Please confirm that the machine base is fixed to avoid loosening during operation and transmission.

The pre-use inspection is to prevent problems with starting the machine and to replace it, which is a waste of time, and to check whether the installation is intact. Therefore, no matter what type of machine it is, it is best to check and test it before running it, and wait until there are no problems before running it.
