Since the brushless DC motor is an evolutionary product of the brushed motor, its working principle is to use electronic commutation instead of the brush commutation of the brushed motor, so there is no problem of sparks due to mechanical commutation, and it can run at high speed because There is no need to replace the carbon brushes regularly, so the motor will have higher reliability, better protection performance, and is suitable for use in a variety of working environments.


2. The brushless DC micromotor has a wide speed adjustment range


Brushless DC motors do not have the problem of carbon brush voltage drop at low speeds and high currents. They can operate normally at low speeds and high currents, with a maximum speed of tens of thousands of revolutions. Compared with brushed motors, commutation sparks are more likely to occur during operation, and at high speeds The upper limit is low. When running at low speed and high current, the brush voltage drop will be large, so it is not suitable for long-term operation.
