Therefore, if heat dissipation is not carried out in a timely and effective manner, it will be extremely dangerous. It may cause a certain degree of damage to the motor, such as burning out the generator set, etc. Therefore, generally the motor will be equipped with a radiator. But installing a radiator does not mean that there will be no problems. This still requires the correct use of the radiator, such as:

　　1. The radiator of the electric forklift motor needs to be cleaned regularly. In dusty or harsh environments, it is easy to be blocked by garbage, insects, etc. Steam or low-pressure water can be used to remove foreign matter. When cleaning, water should rush from the front of the radiator toward the fan. If it's the other way around, dirt will accumulate on the inside of the radiator.

　　2. The radiator needs anti-corrosion treatment. Corrosion in the radiator of the electric forklift motor may be the main cause of failure. Always keep the pipe joints from leaking, and regularly add water and discharge air from the top of the radiator to keep the system "air-free". It should be noted that the coolant should be cooled before handling the radiator or removing the pipes. After the radiator is reinstalled, it should be refilled with clean water and added with anti-rust agent.

So in order to give full play to the cooling effect of the radiator, it is necessary to install and use correctly to ensure that the radiator can work normally and stably, so as to ensure that the internal temperature of the motor of the electric forklift truck is controlled within a reasonable range, and will not cause damage to the motor.
