  2. When using electric vehicle motors, it is necessary to have a backing pump. When using the backing pump to draw the pressure in the system to a certain range, this can avoid overloading.

  3. As the rotor of the electric vehicle motor continues to rotate, the sucked gas is sucked into the space between the rotor and the pump casing from the air inlet, and then discharged through the exhaust port. Therefore, when the top of the rotor rotates around the edge of the exhaust port and the space is connected to the exhaust side, because the gas pressure on the exhaust side is higher, some of the gas rushes back into the space, causing the gas pressure to increase suddenly. As the rotor continues to rotate, the gas is vented.

So when the electric car motor pumping failure, it means that the internal parts of the motor has a serious failure, need to timely overhaul operation, to avoid the aggravation of the failure situation, or will eventually lead to the motor can not provide power energy, resulting in electric vehicles can not drive, to the user to bring trouble.
