Structural features of planetary reducer :
The planetary reducer mainly consists of sun gear, planetary gear, ring gear and planet carrier.
In order to distribute the load of the three planetary gears evenly, a toothed floating mechanism is adopted, that is, the sun gear or the planetary carrier floats, or both the sun gear and the planetary carrier float simultaneously. The gears in the reducer are spur involute cylindrical gears. Has the following characteristics:
1. Small size and light weight. Under the same conditions, it is more than 1/2 lighter than ordinary involute cylindrical gear reducers, and 1/2 to 1/3 smaller in volume.
2. Drive efficiency: 97% to 98% for single-stage planetary gear reducers; 94% to 96% for two-stage planetary gear reducers; 91% to 94% for three-stage planetary gear reducers.
3. Wide range of driving power: from less than 1KW to 1300KW, or even larger.
4. Large driving range: i=2.8~2000
5. Adaptable and durable. The main parts are all made of high-quality alloy steel after carburizing and quenching or nitriding treatment. The planetary gear reducer runs smoothly, has low noise, and has a service life of more than 10.
Working characteristics of planetary reducer:
(1) The gear is made of flexible high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, and the hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC54-62.
(2) Gear grinding technology is adopted, with high precision and good contact.
(3) The carrying capacity is seven times higher than that of the tooth surface reducer.
(4) The driving efficiency can reach 98%, and the service life is long.
