The application range and selection instructions of medium-sized gear reduction motors!

Medium-sized gear reducer motors are widely used and are indispensable power transmission equipment for automated machinery, especially in printing machinery, corrugated machinery, packaging machinery, conveying machinery, food machinery, color box machinery, automatic storage, three-dimensional warehouse, three-dimensional Parking lot equipment, textile, dyeing and finishing, chemical and other equipment.

The types of gear motors are: coaxial helical geared motor ; parallel shaft -helical geared motor; bevel gear-helical geared motor; bevel gear-worm geared motor; worm geared motor . 



To determine the model of a gear reduction motor, the following parameters need to be determined:

1. Determine the operating speed of the machine, and calculate the reduction ratio of the geared motor according to this speed (reduction ratio = input shaft speed / output shaft speed = motor speed / mechanical required speed);

2. Calculate the torque of the load, select the output of the geared motor according to this torque (refer to the "output torque table" provided by the geared motor manufacturer), and determine the model of the geared motor;

3. Determine the additional functions of the gear reduction motor, such as power-off brake, power-on brake, frequency conversion, frame shrinkage, shell material, etc. Some additional functions can only be provided by specific factories, such as G series gear reduction motors, which provide all additional functions, so you can negotiate with the supplier when choosing
