Installation method of small geared motor

Small geared motors are characterized by efficiency and reliability, long working life, easy maintenance, and application. Its series can be divided into single-stage, two-stage and three-stage gear reduction motors, and the installation and arrangement mainly include expansion type, coaxial type and shunt type.
1. In the expansion type of the two-stage cylindrical geared motor, the gear is asymmetrical with respect to the supporting position. When the shaft is bent and twisted, the load is unevenly distributed in the tooth width. Therefore, the shaft should be designed with greater rigidity and keep the gear away from the input terminal or output terminal.
2. The characteristics of the shunt type of the two-stage cylindrical geared motor: the position of the overhanging shaft of the shunt type geared motor can be protruded from any side, which is convenient for the overall configuration of the machine. Left-handed to counteract axial forces. One of the shafts should be able to do a little axial play, so as not to jam the gear.
3. The characteristics of the coaxial geared motor: the radial dimension is compact, but the axial dimension is large. Due to the large intermediate shaft, the shaft has a large disturbance when it is loaded, so the load concentration along the tooth width is serious. At the same time, since the centers of the two-stage gears must be consistent, it is difficult to fully utilize the load-bearing capacity of the speed-stage gears, and it is also difficult to lubricate the bearings located in the middle of the geared motor. The input and output ends of the small geared motor are located at both ends of the same axis, which limits the overall configuration of the drive.
Through the design, development and production in the field of gears and gearboxes, Xinda Motor has designed and developed reduction gearboxes, reduction motors, gearbox motors, reduction gearbox motors, and micro DC reduction motors through industry comparisons and a large number of experimental test data.
