What is the point of choosing a micro geared motor
To select the type of micro geared motor, you must choose the one that suits you. The geared motor must be the same as or close to your own requirements. If you really need a precise geared motor, you can also customize it with the manufacturer, and the ideal gear ratio can be achieved through adjustment. The reduction ratio of the gear reducer is calculated by dividing the speed of the motor by the output speed of the gear reducer.
Torque Calculation Method of Gear Reducer
Torque is very important. It depends on whether it is overloaded or not. You must know that overloaded operation may cause the gearbox to be stuck and reduce the service life of the reducer. The applicable power of the servo motors commonly seen in the market is practical and the working coefficient is above the normal range, but it can also be selected according to the following two points
(1) It must be noted that when selecting a servo motor, the shaft diameter of the output shaft must not be greater than the maximum shaft diameter stated on the form, otherwise it will not be installed.
(2) Rotational speed and torque. These two points must also meet the conditions. The speed and torque cannot be singled out because the two are related. The higher the speed, the lower the torque, and the lower the speed, the opposite. Also, it is necessary to do current limiting control and torque protection on the motor.

For the type of gear reducer and other issues, we can choose the type and specification first. In comparison, the selection of the type is relatively easy, and the installation method, its use, load conditions and other characteristics are correctly and reasonably selected. There is also a big difference in the selection of general-purpose reducers and special-purpose reducers. General-purpose reducers are suitable for all walks of life, but the reduction ratio is designed according to common equipment, while special-purpose reducers can be designed according to the actual data required by users.
