The reason for the pump
The power does not match, the small horse-drawn cart, and the motor overload for a long time, which makes the motor temperature too high. The starting frequency is too high, the quota is short or the motor running intermittently runs continuously. The starting time should be limited, and the correct selection of the thermal protector should be calibrated according to the rating on the motor.
Second, the problem of the motor itself
The motor connection method is wrong, the △ shape is wrongly connected to the Y shape, thereby rapidly increasing the temperature of the motor; the stator is short-circuited between phases, inter-turn short-circuit or partially grounded, the motor is slightly overheated locally, and burns out in serious cases; if the squirrel-cage rotor is damaged or If there is a fault, the temperature of the core will rise rapidly when the motor runs for 1 to 2 hours; otherwise, the temperature of the core will rise rapidly. If the ventilation system fails, check whether the fan is damaged, whether the rotation direction is correct, and whether the ventilation channel is blocked; the bearing is worn, the rotor eccentrically sweeps, and the stator iron core encounters metal collision sound, the temperature of the iron core rises rapidly, and the motor emits smoke or even serious. Burn the coil.
3. Reasons for working environment and occasion
Moisture or dust, oil, etc. of the motor windings adhere to the windings, causing the lower edge. The edge resistance of the motor should be measured, clean and dry; the ambient temperature is too high. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, the intake air temperature is too high, which will make the temperature of the motor too high. We should strive to improve their working environment. Such as shade, etc. Note: Due to the electrical fault, the professional qualification certificate for electrician maintenance should be obtained. Fourth, the reasons for the power supply
High or low voltage, under certain loads, if the voltage variation should be +10% to -5% of the rated value, it will cause the motor to overheat; the three-phase voltage of the power supply is asymmetric, and the three-phase voltage unbalance of the power supply is greater than 5 %, will cause the winding to overheat. The lack of phase operation experience shows that more than 85% of the agricultural motor burnout is caused by the lack of phase, and the lack of phase protection device should be installed on the motor.
