Reasons for using aluminum housing for reduction motors and their installation and operation
Before the reduction motor is put into operation, it needs to be installed with an aluminum shell, which can make the motor heat dissipation better: when the motor is working, due to high-speed operation, the motor itself generates excessive temperature which needs to be released. We know that aluminum has strong heat dissipation capacity, so the reduction motor manufacturers currently use aluminum shells as the motor shells.
Make the motor lighter: Due to the light weight of aluminum, the weight of the whole machine can be reduced relatively speaking, making installation and transportation easier.
Installation and operation As long as the operation and installation of the machine are dangerous, what should be paid attention to when installing the reduction motor? Before installation and debugging, you must first conduct a power-on operation check. Only after confirming that it can be installed can you proceed to the following steps.
During the installation process, the reduction motor should be protected from impact. When installing the structural parts on the reducer shaft, it is not allowed to knock or press the reducer shaft directly. The wires need to be arranged straight and not bent, which will affect the internal point of the motor and other problems.
Do not forcefully rotate the reducer from the output shaft end, otherwise the gears will be damaged. When using adhesive to fix the transmission structure on the reducer output shaft, do not adhere to the reducer bearings.
