Analyze the cause of the failure:

1. Voltage does not match
Treatment method: The single-phase standard voltage is 220V, and confirm that it is consistent with the nameplate. If the voltage is too high, the motor will heat up and vibrate, and if the voltage is too low, the motor will run poorly.
2. Wiring error, the main line and the auxiliary line are not in the same position
Solution: Reverse connection of the main line and the auxiliary node will cause the motor to be powerless. Connect the power supply and motor correctly. Single-phase motors must be correctly connected to the capacitor.
3. Poor contact
Solution: Connect the power supply and motor correctly. For single-phase motors, connect the capacitor correctly.
4. Exceeding the rated load of the motor and reducer
Solution: Replace the motor and reducer with a larger torque.
5. The motor has been running for a period of time and the speed has slowed down and become weak
Solution: The motor may be overloaded, the temperature rise is too high, and the motor torque is reduced; the motor seal is broken, causing the gear box grease to enter the inside of the motor, increasing the resistance of the motor, showing weakness, and the temperature rises after long-term operation, which will burn the motor.
6. The capacitance does not match
Solution: Replace the capacitor with one that matches the model.
7. How to deal with motor jam: Paint rust reaction causes bearings to rust and jam. Dust in the motor operating environment can also cause bearings to jam. - Replace the stator bearings and improve the operating environment.
8. The reduction gearbox is stuck (with electromagnetic sound vibration)

Solution: Gear breakage, shaft breakage, and bearing disintegration in the reduction gearbox can cause the reduction gearbox to get stuck. Replace the gear bearings and recommend that customers choose high-power models.

9. Motor wire broken
Solution: If the motor does not make any rotation sound, use a multimeter to test it. If it is abnormal, contact our service personnel for processing.
10. The bearing has dust and water
Treatment method: Check whether there is any foreign matter in the motor, check and remove it. It is recommended that customers using the motor in dusty environments use dust-proof bearings.
11. The motor is stuck due to human collision damage
Treatment method: Instruct customers to handle with care to avoid collision and damage to motors and equipment.
