Series SZ DC Servo Motor
Date:2024-08-26 Author:XINDA MOTOR
SZ series micro DC servo motors are widely used in various mechanical equipment and automatic control systems, as actuators and drive elements. This series of motors has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high power index, and high degree of commonality of parts.
According to the excitation method, this series of motors are divided into three types: separate excitation (parallel excitation), series excitation, and compound excitation.
According to the use environment conditions, this series of motors are divided into two types: ordinary type and wet heat type. This series of motors can be made into the installation structure type shown in the table below.
Conditions of use
1. Altitude not exceeding 4000m;
2. Ambient temperature: -40℃~+55'℃;
3. Relative humidity: <95% (at 25℃);
4. Vibration: frequency 10~150Hz, acceleration 2.5g:
5. Impact: 7g (peak):
6. Allowable temperature rise: not exceeding 75K (at 1000m above sea level)
7. Any installation position;
For humid tropical type motors, it is also allowed to work under the following conditions
8. Condensation;
9. Mold;
1. The frame numbers are 70, 90, 110, and 130, and the corresponding frame outer diameters are 70, 90, 110, and 130 mm.
2. The product code is the letter "SZ" to indicate an electromagnetic DC servo motor.
3. Product specification serial number consists of numbers. In the same frame number, "01~49" indicates short core products, "51~99" indicates long core products, and "101~149" indicates extra long core products. "F" is compound excitation type. If not specified, it is separate excitation (parallel excitation) type.
4. Excitation mode is indicated by letters, "C" is series excitation type.
5. Installation type is indicated by letters, A1 indicates foot installation, A3 indicates flange installation, and A5 indicates outer circle installation.
6. Structural feature code: The code for the basic structure is specified in Table 1. The code for the derived structure is H1, H2, H3... (arranged in the order required by the user for each frame number)
Structure and electrical circuit diagram
SZ series motors are enclosed self-cooling electromagnetic type, Class B insulation, the motor is connected to the driven mechanism by a coupling device. The stator consists of a steel tube casing, removable poles and coils. The slotted armature has a commutator. Both end covers are cast from aluminum alloy. The tubular brush holder is glued to the front cover. The front cover is also equipped with a protective belt-type observation hole. Motor outlet form: 70~130 bases are terminal blocks (junction boxes).
