SDJ series (10KW-25KW) AC controller is a driver that can be applied to low-voltage and high-voltage AC electric vehicles. The controller uses a highly reliable and high-torque asynchronous motor as the driving device. Through the four-quadrant vector control method, the controller realizes the control of the electric vehicle motor speed and torque. It can be widely used in pure electric passenger cars, low-speed A00 class passenger cars, electric sightseeing cars, electric logistics vehicles and other electric vehicles.

The controller uses a highly reliable and high-torque asynchronous motor as the driving device. Through the four-quadrant vector control method, the controller realizes the control of the electric vehicle motor speed and torque. 1 1. The terminals shown in the figure are for the cable entry direction.
2 is connected to the positive terminal of the battery, B- is connected to the negative terminal of the battery, U, V and W are connected to the three phases of the motor U, V and W respectively.
3. The terminal posts are fixed with M6*20 bolts, and the torque of M6 bolts is 10±2Nm.

8. Frequently Asked Questions about Truck Loading
1. After the wiring is correct, if the accelerator scooter does not move lightly, there are three possibilities:
(1) Check whether the electric door lock is on and off normally and whether the electric lock signal is normal. Check the electric door lock control circuit. (For example: whether the relay is closed, whether the electric door lock switch is damaged)
(2) Read the gear signal through the host computer software and check whether the throttle signal is output.
(3) Check whether the power supply of the accelerator pedal and the controller match. The power supply voltage of the accelerator pedal is divided into 12V and 5V. (If the controller is suitable for a 12V accelerator pedal and the matching one is 5V, it cannot be used)
2. After correct wiring, if you step on the accelerator pedal and find that the car is going very slowly, there are two possibilities:
1 (1) The motor encoder is abnormal.
2 (2) The motor phase sequence is reversed, swap the UV or VW phase lines.
3. When the car is in gear, the car goes backwards, and when in reverse gear, the car moves forward. It can be judged that the gear signal is connected in reverse. This can be solved by the following two methods:
(1) Swap the motor phase line UV or VW, and swap the motor encoder AB line.
(2) Adjust through the host computer software.
9. Troubleshooting of user faults
1. The car will not move after the electric door lock is opened, or the electronic accelerator will fail when the car is running.
(1) Check whether the three-phase wire is loose, causing poor contact between the controller and the motor. If it is just loose, tighten the screws. If one of the UVW phase terminals has ignited, heated and burned out, the controller needs to be replaced.
(2) Check whether the controller's wiring harness connector is fastened.
(3) Check whether the battery voltage of the controller is too low.
(4) Check whether the electronic throttle is damaged.
2. The car moves slowly and the controller becomes hot.
1 (1) The motor encoder is damaged.
2 (2) Under normal conditions of the encoder, check whether the cables are connected reversely.
3. Walk sometimes but never leave
(1) Check whether the connector is loose.
(2) Check whether the gear signal input is normal, and read the gear signal and throttle signal through the host computer.
4. High and low speed cannot be switched
(1) Check whether the high and low speed switches are damaged.
5. Instrument communication is abnormal or does not communicate.
(1) Check whether the instrument is normal and whether the connecting harness is open circuit or has poor contact.
6. The car moves automatically
(1) The electronic throttle outputs the throttle switch signal and the throttle signal at the same time, and the electronic throttle needs to be replaced.
