What is the difference between a brake motor and a brake motor?

1. The brake motor is a fully enclosed self-fan-cooled squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor with an additional disc-type DC brake. The brake motor has the advantages of quick braking, simple structure, high reliability, and strong versatility. Electric motors are widely used in mechanical equipment and transmission devices that require quick stop and accurate positioning, such as packaging machinery, woodworking machinery, chemical machinery, textile machinery, construction machinery and other industries.

2. The DC disc brake of the braking motor is installed on the end cover of the non-shaft extension end of the motor. When the WEG brake motor is connected to the power supply, the brake motor also works at the same time. Due to the effect of electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, the brake disc is disengaged from the end cover of the armature, and the brake motor starts to work. When the power supply is cut off, the electromagnet of the brake motor loses its magnetic attraction force, and the spring pushes the armature to press the brake disc. Under the action of friction torque, the brake motor stops working immediately.

3. Braking motor , also known as electromagnetic power-off braking motor and braking asynchronous motor, is a three-phase asynchronous motor that is fully enclosed, fan-cooled, squirrel-cage, and equipped with a DC electromagnet brake. The braking motor has high-precision positioning requirements. Agile, accurate positioning, reliable performance, interchangeable brake system, simple structure, simple replacement and maintenance, etc.
