In the hot summer, whether it is a floor fan, a USB fan, a small handheld fan or a bladeless fan, they are all electronic products that people always have.

The fan is driven by a motor that drives the fan blades to generate airflow. At present, there are two common fan motors on the market: DC motors and AC motors.

The micro DC motor solves the problem of fan blade rotation noise, and the micro DC motor can make the electric fan more energy-saving. The micro DC motor generally uses a permanent magnet DC motor. Through the principle of electromagnetic effect, the output shaft of the micro DC motor will drive the fan blade It rotates, and reduces the frictional energy loss generated when the fan is running. At low speed, the noise is also very low, and the energy consumption is also very low. At the same time, because the micro DC motor has the advantages of convenient speed control, the fan of the micro DC motor is better than the AC motor. There are many fan gear adjustments, and some even have more than ten gears.

Micro DC motors are small in size and light in weight and can run as long as they are connected to DC power. For example, USB fans, small hand-held fans, hanging neck fans, and bladeless fans are all driven by micro DC motors.
