electrical steel

According to the grain orientation, it is divided into grain-oriented steel sheet and non-oriented steel sheet.
According to the silicon content, it is divided into high silicon steel plate and low silicon steel plate.
Common model representation of non-oriented electrical steel sheet: 50W600
50 means the nominal thickness is 0.5 (100 times the actual value)
W means no orientation plate
600 represents the iron loss value (100 times the actual value)
2. Main testing items
①Standard ratio total iron loss-----referred to as iron loss, when the magnetic induction intensity changes with time according to the sine law, its peak value is a certain calibration value, and the change frequency is a certain calibration frequency, the temperature of the iron core per unit mass is The power consumed at 20°C is defined as the standard specific total iron loss, in W/kg.
②Standard magnetic induction intensity-----referred to as magnetic induction, the iron core sample from the demagnetized state, the magnetic induction intensity changes according to the sinusoidal law with time at the standard frequency, when the peak value of the AC magnetic field reaches a certain calibration value, the iron core sample magnetic The peak value of the inductance is the standard magnetic induction intensity, the unit is T.

heat protector

1. Brief description
A thermal protector is a type of temperature switch that protects against overheating. There are two categories:
One is a resettable temperature protector, which uses the different deformation rates of the thermal bimetal to the temperature to deform the bimetal upward or downward, so that the circuit can be turned on and off. It is a resettable type, which is disconnected when the temperature is higher than the nominal breaking temperature, and reset when the temperature is lower than the nominal reset temperature;
The other is a one-time protector, also known as a fuse, which controls the circuit on and off through a low-temperature alloy filled inside. When the temperature is higher than the nominal breaking temperature (that is, the melting point of the bottom-temperature alloy), the internal low-temperature alloy Fuse, cut off the circuit. For one-time use only.

Insulating paint and other insulating materials

1. Brief description
Our insulating varnish mainly uses self-curing epoxy resin insulating baking varnish, which is used for impregnating and insulating SP motor stators to enhance the inter-turn insulation of winding enameled wires.
2. Main testing items
Compressive strength, insulation resistance, viscosity, solid content, thick layer curing, suitability with bearings, heat resistance.
3. Other insulating materials are used for wire insulation: polyester tube, yellow wax tube for winding and slot insulation: polyester film (DMD tape, NMN tape), slot wedge, polyester film, textured paper, insulating tape.


enameled wire

1. Brief description
The main types of enameled wires used by our company are polyurethane nylon enameled wire (1UEWN, temperature index 155℃), polyester nylon enameled wire (QZ-2, temperature index 130℃), polyester imide enameled wire (QZY-2, temperature index 180℃).
2. Main testing items
Bare copper characteristics: heat resistance life ---- that is, test according to the specified test method, the extrapolated life temperature of enameled bare copper wire for 20,000 hours is not lower than the specified temperature index; elongation rate, etc. Physical properties of paint film:
Pinhole test----including high-voltage pinhole test, salt water pinhole test, mainly to test the number of defects of the insulating paint film on enameled wires; elongation and winding, adhesion and wear resistance.
Chemical properties of paint film: including oil resistance, solvent resistance, styrene resistance.
Temperature resistance test: including softening breakdown, high temperature deterioration, thermal shock.
Electrical characteristic test: resistance test, withstand voltage test.
Size requirements: bare copper outer diameter, paint film thickness, enameled wire outer diameter, etc.


Power cords, connectors, terminals

1. Brief description
Power cords mainly use UL series cords (UL3266, UL1430, UL1015 comply with UL standards) and RV cords (RV90, comply with national standards), all of which are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) power cords.
2. Main testing items
Electrical characteristics: conductor resistance, withstand voltage, insulation resistance.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength, elongation.
Other characteristics: aging, flame retardancy.
3. Terminals and connectors
Mainly use imported brand terminals and connectors. The test items include the material and elasticity of the terminal, the material, flame retardancy and compressive strength of the connector.


Anti-vibration rubber ring

1. Brief description
The anti-vibration rubber ring uses the shock-absorbing damping effect of rubber to reduce the vibration generated by the operation of the motor and reduce the operating noise.

Rotor shaft, bearing

1. Brief description
The rotor shaft is mainly made of high-quality carbon steel, generally 45# steel, and stainless steel can also be used for special requirements. Anti-rust surface treatment methods mainly include oiling, oxidation treatment (black and blue), and electroplating. The bearing adopts the non-contact deep groove rolling ball bearing with reliable structure and low noise.
2. Main test items: Bearing: size, reliability test, life test, grease characteristic test (temperature resistance test, moisture-proof test), salt spray test, noise, vibration Rotor shaft: material composition, hardness, size (including shape Bit size) anti-rust performance (salt spray test, moisture test).


End cap, case

1. Brief description: The end cover is mainly stamped from deep-drawn plate, and the casing is wound and formed, generally using 20# steel plate. There are several methods for surface anti-rust treatment: direct stamping of galvanized sheet; electroplating or electrophoresis treatment after production of cold-pressed sheet.
