  The DC reduction motor is composed of a gear reducer, so it can have many different speeds for users to choose from. When using it, the parameters of the motor should be selected according to actual needs.

  1. Rated working voltage: The parameters of DC geared motors are the values when the motor works at the rated working voltage. The working voltage of the motor can also be lower than the rated working voltage, at which time the values of various parameters will decrease. The working voltage of the motor can also be higher than the rated working voltage, but it should not be run for a long time and the voltage should not be too high.

  2. Rated current: The current consumed by the motor when operating at the rated operating point.

  3. Rated speed: It is the speed of the DC reduction motor when it runs at the rated working point.

  4. Reduction ratio of the reducer: the ratio of the speed of the reducer output shaft to the motor output shaft.

  5. Rated load torque: The torque output by the motor at rated voltage and rated speed. A certain margin should be left when using it.

  6. Stall torque: The torque that causes the motor to stop rotating when the output shaft is loaded at rated voltage.

  7. Power: The power of the motor is determined by the speed and torque.

  In actual use of DC reduction motors, it is necessary to select the appropriate parameter range according to actual needs, otherwise it may cause damage to the motor and other problems, affecting its use.
