  1. Generally speaking, for gear reducers that have been in continuous operation for a long time, it is standard to replace the oil every 5000 hours or once a year. For gear reducers that have been out of service for a long time, the oil should be replaced before restarting. Gear reducers need to be filled with the same oil as the original brand, and do not mix with different brands of oil, but oils of the same brand but different viscosities can be mixed and used.

  2. When changing the oil, you should wait for the gear reducer to cool down and stop without the risk of ignition, but still keep it moist, especially when the temperature is cold, the viscosity of the oil increases, and it is difficult to add oil. But the need to pay attention is: disconnect the power supply of the transmission system to avoid accidental plugging.

  3. During operation, if the temperature rises above 80°C or the ambient temperature of the sewage tank exceeds 100°C and abnormal noise is generated, stop using it, check the cause, perform fault detection, and replace the engine oil before continuing to work.

  4. Customers should have a scientific and reasonable application maintenance management system, and have professional equipment technicians to carefully record the working conditions of the gear reducer and the problems found during the inspection, and strictly implement the above requirements.

  The appearance of the gear reducer is very easy to be damaged. If there is surface damage, how should we deal with it? The following is a very easy to understand how to deal with the surface damage of the planetary gear reducer:

  1. Once the bearing is seriously damaged, the load is too heavy or it is damaged, and the planetary gear reducer bearing is slightly deformed or bent, it is easy to cause the motor rotor to get stuck in the cylinder. The effect of the cylinder is that the core surface is scratched in the lightest case, and the core is damaged in the most serious case, causing the winding to hit the shell. The power supply should be disconnected immediately, the reducer should be stopped, and a safety inspection should be carried out.

  2. The silicon steel sheet at the abrasion position of the core is quenched due to overheating, which results in the reduction of the magnetic strength of the silicon steel sheet. If not properly handled, the vortex will continue to expand as the insulation layer of the planetary gear reducer core ages, causing the temperature of the planetary gear reducer to increase, resulting in overheating or even damage to the small motor.

  3. The insulation of the winding penetrates the short circuit winding to the ground and an electric arc occurs, which burns the surface of the core, and the burned surface of the core is usually uneven. This not only endangers the normal operation of the planetary gear reducer, but also causes a short circuit fault between the silicon steel sheets, causing the vortex of the core to expand.
