What are the functions of the three wires in the servo motor wiring harness?

Servo motor wiring harness is specially used to connect various components in the servo system, provide power supply control for the servo motor, have excellent high-frequency response characteristics, and minimal high-frequency response heat loss, ensuring minimum signal attenuation and delay, greatly improving the working efficiency of the servo motor.


Because the encoder voltage of the servo motor is very low, it needs a shielding layer to resist various electromagnetic interferences and protect its own signal from interference. The servo wiring harness is generally divided into 2 groups of wires, one group is the motor power supply 2 connected to the power supply, and the other group is the servo motor encoder signal line.


Types of Servo Cable Harnesses

Servo power cable

The high-strength anti-bending tinned copper wire shielding braid layer is used to effectively prevent signal loss and electromagnetic interference, and the transmission performance is excellent. The outer sheath is made of wear-resistant and soft TPU material, and the insulation material is resistant to high temperatures of 90°C, more resistant to bending, and the cable will not deform even after long-term operation.

Servo signal cable

Servo signal cable, also known as servo encoder cable, is a special cable used in servo systems for encoding signal transmission and feedback.

Servo brake cable

The servo brake cable is also called the servo brake cable, which is used to control the cable and the driver to stop suddenly. When the driver supplies power to the motor, the servo driver brake line and the servo brake line will automatically cut off the power in an emergency, which plays a protective role.
