Motor temperature and bearing temperature specifications

Motor bearings are also called motor bearings or motor bearings. There are four types of bearings commonly used in motors, namely rolling bearings, sliding bearings, spherical bearings and oil-containing bearings. What is the temperature standard of motor bearings when they are running? The following will reveal the temperature standard of motor bearings. In practice, the housing temperature is often not hot. The surface of the squirrel cage rotor has a large stray loss and a high temperature, which is generally limited to not endangering the adjacent insulation. It can be estimated by brushing irreversible color-changing paint in advance.

Generally speaking, if the motor insulation grade is A and the ambient temperature is 40℃, the motor housing temperature should be less than 60℃. The temperature rise of the core in contact with the winding (thermometer method) should not exceed the temperature rise limit of the insulation of the winding in contact (resistance method), that is, 60℃ for A, 75℃ for E, 80℃ for B, 100℃ for F, and 125℃ for H. The temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 95℃, and the temperature of the sliding bearing should not exceed 80℃. Too high temperature will change the oil quality and damage the oil film.

The general motor operating regulations stipulate that the maximum temperature of rolling bearings shall not exceed 95 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature of sliding bearings shall not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the temperature rise is required to be no more than 55 degrees Celsius (the temperature rise is the bearing temperature minus the ambient temperature during the test);

GB3215-82 4.4.1 During the operation of the pump, the maximum bearing temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.

JB/T5294-91 3.2.9.2 The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40 degrees above the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.

JB/T6439-92 4.3.3 When the pump is running under the specified conditions, the outer surface temperature of the internal bearing should not be higher than the temperature of the conveying medium by 20 degrees, and the maximum temperature should not be higher than 80 degrees. The outer surface temperature rise of the external bearing should not be higher than the ambient temperature by 40 degrees. The maximum temperature should not be higher than 80 degrees.

JB/T7255-94 5.15.3 Bearing operating temperature: The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35 degrees above the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75 degrees.

JB/T7743-95 7.16.4 The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40 degrees above the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.

JB/T8644-1997 4.14 The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35 degrees of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.
