    Reduction motor refers to the integration of reducer and motor (motor). This integrated body is often also called a gear motor or gear motor. It is usually integrated and assembled by a professional reducer manufacturer and then supplied as a complete set with the motor.

    1. Can be used both positive and negative
 
    The forward and reverse performance are the same, and the oil inlet channel and the migration channel are symmetrical to each other. And the aperture is also the same, which means that when using the gear motor, the effect is exactly the same whether it is used forward or backward. There is no need to worry too much about which side is the front and which side is the back.
 
    2. Use external leakage oil holes
 
    Generally, gear motors use external leakage oil holes. There are two main reasons for using external leakage oil holes. The first aspect is that there is back pressure when the gear motor returns oil, and the other aspect is because The oil inlet and oil return chambers of the gear motor will also undergo some changes when used in the forward and reverse directions. Although the performance is the same in the forward and reverse uses, this change will also cause problems when the gear motor is used, so it is best to use External leakage oil hole can protect the shaft end oil seal from being damaged.
 
    3. Symmetry
 
    The main performance is the structure of the automatic compensation plate and floating side plate for the gap between the shafts, because the entire gear motor must adapt to forward and reverse rotation. The performance during operation is the same, so it is very necessary for the entire gear motor to be centrally symmetrical. At the same time, the trapped oil unloading groove must also be a symmetrical structure in the gear motor.
 
    4. Use more rolling bearings
 
    More rolling bearings are used. The reason for this is to reduce friction and improve starting performance.
